Licence terms

These terms apply to the described purchase of MeinFinanzverwalter licences through the offers on wernerr.de and meinfinanzverwalter.de.

These terms cover direct purchases of MeinFinanzverwalter licences from Rüdiger Werner (postal address shown below). Individual agreements take precedence. Other products use the terms specified in their quotation.

Enquiries and orders

You can order the personal licence described in the application at the stated total price. Your order becomes binding when you send the order email. An email draft alone is not an order. The contract is concluded when we confirm your order by email. This confirmation can be sent together with the payment details or with the licence and invoice.

You can request a quotation for several users or a company without placing an order. The contract is concluded when you accept our quotation. You receive the scope, price, technical requirements and contract documents beforehand. We then send you a contract confirmation to keep.

Payment and delivery

Payment is by bank transfer unless otherwise agreed. The confirmation or quotation states the due date and delivery date. You receive an invoice; no VAT is charged under the German small-business exemption in section 19 UStG. The digital licence is delivered by email after payment, at the agreed time, without shipping charges.

Supply before the statutory withdrawal period ends requires your prior express consent and acknowledgement that you lose your withdrawal right when performance begins. You receive the required contract confirmation including these declarations before early supply. Without these voluntary declarations, we supply the licence only after the withdrawal period has ended and payment has been received. See the withdrawal notice for details.

Rights granted

You receive a non-exclusive right to use the agreed product scope. Personal licences cover the named people; multiple entitlements may be packaged in one file. Company licences cover the agreed organisation and usage without binding to individual names. Copying a file does not expand the agreed rights. Device/database bindings must be stated before the contract. Mandatory legal rights, including lawful backup, inspection and transfer rights, remain unaffected.

Duration and updates

Regular purchase licences give a perpetual right to use covered versions. The period for new versions is one, two, three or five years, or unlimited, as stated in the offer or confirmation. A limited period does not renew automatically and is not a subscription. Covered versions remain usable after the period; later versions may need additional entitlements. Statutory duties to provide necessary updates, including security updates, are unaffected.

Testing, defects and liability

The free base version can be evaluated within its displayed limits. Testing does not waive statutory remedies or withdrawal rights. Statutory rights for defects and statutory liability apply, including consumer rules on digital products. No blanket warranty or liability exclusion is made. Personalised tax, legal or investment advice is not part of the licence.

Withdrawal and privacy

See the separate withdrawal notice and privacy notice. Once the paid right is validly terminated, that licence may not be used for activation. Your own financial data remain yours and mandatory access and recovery rights are unaffected. Mandatory consumer rights at your habitual residence are not restricted, and no exclusive consumer jurisdiction is stipulated.
